Where I was: Despite regular clients, I was trapped in a feast-and-famine cycle with inconsistent income that left me panicked and drained. The constant scramble for clients and phobia of launching made me realise I needed a more stable and aligned way to run my business.

Where I am now: I gained clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose in my business. Before joining Fruitful Founder™️…

I had been running my business for nearly 4 years but was at the mercy of the feast or famine cycle. Some months I was hitting £4k compared to less than £2k for others. Those tough months affected me mentally, emotionally, and energetically. 

I always had clients but the panic and urgency to look for new people didn't create a good energy. The inconsistency was draining me and sucking the joy out of my business - and that hurt my heart. I wanted more stability for my business…and my nervous system!

I also realised I had stopped questioning how I was running my business. I was doing the same things without really challenging it or thinking about whether it was what I wanted or if I was bringing the best of me and my expertise. I had also developed a massive phobia of launching after having some 'failed' experiences that really dented my confidence. I was desperate to find another way.

My hesitations were…

It felt like a big investment and it was important to me to come out the other side making the money I wanted. I appreciated you couldn’t guarantee that so I had to be prepared to take that leap of faith myself and trust the process.

What made me say YES…

I was becoming increasingly jaded and frustrated by the inconsistency of my income and client enquiries and felt a strong call to take back control and run my business in a way that felt like ME. 

I was overwhelmed by the idea of taking a step back and picking things apart but I knew I was ready to work on it and would value the support. What attracted me to you was that I didn’t want to be told what to do. After investing in other support previously and my evolution as a business owner, I knew I wanted to take a more intuitive approach. I wanted guidance, support, and someone who could hold and steer me along the way…and that was you.

My biggest takeaway from the programme…

The programme gave me precious space and time to play and explore at my own pace and feel supported doing it. I’d done a lot of digging and exploring around my sense of purpose, but it was during the group session, as I was articulating it, that I had the most enlightening moment. Saying it out loud felt great and gave me self-belief and conviction in what I was doing. I realised I hadn’t felt so connected to that and what I was striving to do until then.

I learned that stretching yourself is not always in your best interest. Leaning in to ease and what you need is a much more sustainable way to build, run, and grow a business. I navigated through some really stretchy patches where my mindset got in a tangle but I rerouted myself and landed on a new way to share my offerings that worked for me. 

The BEST thing about working together…

I loved how supported and understood I felt by you. You really 'got me' and made me feel seen and heard ALWAYS. Our work together was a true collaboration of unpicking and unveiling what I wanted to achieve. You created a safe space in our 1:1 sessions where it was ok for me to challenge and question if something didn’t feel right for my business, which sparked lots of reflection and juicy discussions. Your generosity and genius created powerful shifts in my outlook and knowing those conversations were always available reignited hope and clarity. 

The group calls were also really thought-provoking and invited me to think about areas of my business I hadn't considered. The support and like-mindedness of fellow people on the calls were uplifting and I always felt a sense of freedom and safety to talk openly and honestly. I LOVED the walking coaching calls as well! They were always so eye-opening, refreshing, and invigorating and will be one of the things I’ll miss the most.

Joining Fruitful Founder has been an enriching and self-affirming experience. It's helped shine a bright light on who I am and what I'm all about as a business owner. I’m proud of how I've grown and feel more connected to my sense of purpose and the shape I want my business to have. 

I poured my heart and soul into designing a new signature programme that I’m now incredibly proud of and love. Once it was ready to share with the world, I quickly sold 3 spaces. I also created a mini-programme to boost my income over the quieter summer season using the new strategies I had learned and I sold all 5 spots within a week! 

It wasn’t without its challenges. Unexpected obstacles during the programme slowed my progress and I struggled to grasp certain aspects, however, I’m creating an eco-system for my business that feels exciting and means I have a much more sustainable approach to running my business. I haven't 'actioned' it all yet, but knowing I have a framework to expand upon that works in tune with my strengths and passions feels reassuring and hopeful.

What I’m looking forward to next…

Bringing my new 'ecosystem' model to life! I’m looking forward to calling in new clients who are absolute dreams to work with because I’m very clear about who they are now! I’ve also banned the word ‘launch’ as I realised it was a massive trigger. My signature programme is an ‘always on’ offer and feels more like an integrated extension of who I am rather than being a big singing and dancing one-time offer loaded with pressure.

It’s been a huge process of personal growth, but I know it’s still just the start. I believe there’s more to come, and that’s part of the plan to see it evolve. The biggest change is that it feels much more accessible. Before, it would have felt hard to make intentional decisions and focused choices about what comes next, but now I feel much more grounded in what’s at the heart of what I do.

You are a natural connector and have created a space where people feel safe to be themselves, supported to stretch themselves and learn from each other. There was a beautiful like-mindedness amongst the people I shared my Fruitful Founder experience with, which I really appreciated and valued.

Fruitful Founder would suit more established business owners rather than newbies. The depths to which we delve could be quite overwhelming for someone starting from scratch. Anyone thinking of joining should know that it requires commitment and hard work. Ultimately you'll get out as much as you put in. The content available is GOLD but it is only useful if you really invest the time in soaking it up. That said, there is never any pressure to go at a specified pace and I loved how we were all intuitively exploring what we needed.
