Where I was: I didn’t have a clear offer or any clients, and I was struggling to see how I could make it work (and I didn’t want to have to go back into a corporate career).
Where I am now: I’m clear and confident in my signature offer, and my business is expanding into a profitable multi-layered model that seamlessly integrates in-person workshops, business coaching within organisations and ongoing 1:1 mentoring.

Before joining Fruitful Founder™️…
I started Fruitful Founder when I was almost a year into my business. I had a niche in mind (helping mums to get more organised) but although clients liked the idea, it wasn’t commercially viable and I wasn’t making any sales. I knew I had value to offer but didn’t know how to explain it or turn it into a viable business. I had no method of selling, my marketing was inconsistent and I was spending a lot of time throwing out random Instagram posts that didn't make sense. I was feeling worried about the future and whether I would be able to make this thing work.
My hesitations were…
I was worried about spending money on the business because I was at the stage of not making money, but I knew I had to join because I needed to make money! The biggest worry was whether I’d see a return on investment and the financial results for me.
What made me say YES…
I knew I needed help getting to the crux of what I do for people. I initially saw your marketing around the workshop ‘How to create a happy profitable business’ and then I saw the Fruitful Founder promo. It resonated a lot so I got in touch.
I knew you weren’t going to promise the world and not deliver. It was scary to invest but I knew your credentials were really sound. I could tell what you had in Fruitful Founder was what I needed. Everything you said made total sense and the evidence spoke for itself. I knew that as long as I put the work in, I felt pretty confident that it would help my business.
My biggest takeaway from the programme…
The module on mind reader messaging! I’m not naturally that way inclined, so taking it down to the granular level and building those stories to connect with people was transformational for me! Helping someone see what you can really do to help them and solve their problem - I realised when I was doing that work that’s what you did with me!

I always felt super supported and your experience and knowledge were so reassuring. It was also fun and I loved all the other brilliant female founders I met too!
After working with Sarah…
Things started to fall into place for me early on in the programme. Once we started working on my signature solution and figuring out my unique offering, I was able to stand out straight away. And I was much more confident talking about it.
It’s been busy ever since but in a good way! I now have six ongoing 1:1 mentoring clients and have some irons in the fire/ upcoming potential leads for more too! The biggest win has been running an in-person workshop using the Fruitful Founder principles, which led to three new 1:1 clients signing up to work with me.
Because of this, my business is now expanding into a cohesive multi-layered model with mentoring and coaching for business owners, business coaching within organisations and in-person events.
A year ago, these foundations weren’t in place. I know what I need to do now to make things work. And I’ve done it so I have proof, mindset-wise that it can work!
What I’m looking forward to next…
I’m excited for the future! The possibilities are endless really. The business has changed so much already and is going through a rebrand. I want to keep growing it more and more into a profitable business and have fun along the way.
I’ve set myself financial targets and my income is already tracking 37% ahead of my annual target. I know if I keep doing what I’m doing, I will achieve the financial targets I’ve set myself.
